5. The actions envisaged by parts 1, 2, 3, 4 of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the warning, - entail a fine for small businesses or non-profit organizations in the amount of twenty, for medium-sized businesses - at a rate of thirty, entrepreneurship - in the amount of one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indicators.

6. Failure by the employer to comply with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for instructing (except for introductory briefings) and the lack of documents on safety and labor protection-will involve a fine for small businesses or non-profit organizations in the amount of twenty, for medium-sized businesses - large business - in the amount of eighty monthly calculation indicators.

7. Acts stipulated in part six of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty - entail a fine for small businesses or non-profit organizations in the amount of forty, for medium-sized businesses - at a rate of sixty, for large business entities - in the amount of one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indicators.
